淡化色素沉着护肤产品功效成分研究

Study on Functional Ingredients of Skin Care Products for Reducing Pigmentation

不同强度的日晒,可能造成皮肤炎症问题从而形成局部色素沉着,影响肌肤美观和健康。为探索解决方法,选取植物来源的芦荟、茶多酚、玛咖、青梅、松花粉、竹叶、红没药醇、姜根提取物、洋甘菊等物质,通过体外抑制巨噬细胞分泌TNF-α、IL-1β细胞因子的试验,筛选具有抗炎作用的植物来源成分,结果表明茶叶提取物、松花粉、竹叶提取物、红没药醇具有良好的抗炎作用,可以作为晒后护肤产品功能因子进行开发。

Different intensities of sun exposure would cause skin inflammation and local pigmentation,which may affect the beauty and health of the skin.Several plant-derived actives,including aloe,tea polyphenols,maca,green plum,pine pollen,bamboo leaves,ginger root extract,bisabolol and chamomile,were selected to explore approaches for repairing sun damages.Through testing the inhibitory effects on the secretion of TNF-αand IL-1βcoactivators from macrophages in vitro,the plantderived ingredients with anti-inflammation effect were screened.The experimental result indicated that the extracts of tea,bamboo leaves,pine pollen and bisabolol had significant anti-inflammatory effects,which can be used as natural ingredients in after sun skin care products.
