超声波辅助同时蒸馏萃取制备玫瑰油的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以玫瑰干花为原料,采用超声波辅助同时蒸馏萃取法提取玫瑰油,考察了原料干燥方法、萃取剂种类、原料粉碎度、料液比、蒸馏萃取时间、超声处理功率、温度和时间等因素对玫瑰油提取得率的影响。结果表明:全开玫瑰花朵的含油量高于玫瑰花蕾,风干花朵的含油量高于冻干花朵;玫瑰油的最佳萃取剂为正已烷,超声波辅助同时蒸馏萃取提取玫瑰油的最佳工艺条件为:玫瑰干花经粉碎过筛得60目(粒径0.3 mm)干花粉末,料液比1︰20(g/m L),40℃下90 W超声处理15 min后,同时蒸馏萃取2 h,此条件下玫瑰油的得率为0.153%。 Rose oil was obtained by ultrasonic assisted simultaneous distillation extraction(U-SDE)with dried rose flower as raw material.The effects of drying method,the type of extractant,grinding degree of raw material,ratio of material to liquid,distillation extraction time,ultrasonic treatment power,temperature and time on the extraction rate of rose oil were investigated.The results showed that the oil content of fully blooming rose flower was higher than that of rose bud,and the oil content of air-dried rose flower was higher than that of freeze-dried flower.The best extractant for rose oil is n-hexane.The best extraction conditions of U-SDE of rose oil were as follows:60 mesh(particle size 0.3 mm)dry rose powder was added,ratio of material to liquid was 1︰20(g/mL),it was treated under 90 W ultrasonic for 15 minutes at 40℃,and then extracted for 2 h by U-SDE.The yield of rose oil under above conditions was 0.153%.
