市售婴幼儿护肤产品中非法添加情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Illegal Addition in Infant Skin Care Products on the Market

为了解市售婴幼儿护肤品中糖皮质激素及抗生素的非法添加状况,为政府部门加强靶向监督抽检提供科学依据,通过监督抽验以及网店、护理店、母婴店采购等渠道采集50份婴幼儿护肤样品,采用"化妆品中41种糖皮质激素的测定法"(GB/T 24800.2—2009)及"氟康唑等9种组分测定法"(《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版),对样品中的41种糖皮质激素及氟康唑等8种抗生素进行了HPLC-MS分析,全流程采用标准曲线定量分析测试。结果在19批次监督抽验的妆字号婴幼儿护肤品中,非法添加成分检出率为5.26%;31批次消字号婴幼儿护肤品中,非法添加成分检出率为96.77%。主要非法添加成分为氯倍他索丙酸酯、莫米他松糠酸酯、地塞米松、倍他米松、酮康唑、咪康唑、灰黄霉素、益康唑和联苯苄唑。表明市售婴幼儿护肤品中消字号乳膏类产品的激素、抗生素类非法添加情况较为严重,部分非法添加成分检出值较大,普遍存在激素和抗生素同时使用情况,应加强对消字号乳膏类产品的生产监管。

To analyze the current situation of illegal addition of glucocorticoids and antibiotics in commercial infant skin care products on the market,and to provide a scientific basis for government departments to strengthen targeted supervision and sampling,50 samples of infant skin care products were collected from supervision sampling,online shop,nursing shop and mother baby shop,then they were detected according to standard operating procedure of HPLC-MS method for the determination of 41 kinds of glucocorticoids(GB/T 24800.2—2009)and 9 components including fluconazole(Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics,2015 edition).Standard curve was used to finalized the quantitative analysis in the whole process.The results showed that the detected rates of illegal addition were 5.26%for 19 batches of cosmetic products and 96.77%for 31 batches of disinfection products,respectively.The main types of illegal components were chlorbetasol propionate,mometasone furoate,dexamethasone,betamethasone,ketoconazole,miconazole,griseofulvin,econazole and bifonazole.Therefore,the illegal addition of hormones and antibiotics in disinfection products of infant skin care products is serious,and the detection value of some illegal addition is large.There is a general situation of use of hormones and antibiotics at the same time,and the supervision of disinfection products should be strengthened.
