摘要
建立了一种简单、快速测定染发剂中4种硝基苯酚类物质(2-氨基-6-氯-4-硝基苯酚、4-氨基-3-硝基苯酚、4-羟丙氨基-3-硝基苯酚、3-硝基对羟乙氨基酚)的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经体积分数50%乙醇提取,正己烷液液萃取净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。4种硝基苯酚化合物在0.5~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990,方法的检出限为10.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为94.6%~99.6%,精密度(n=6)为1.7%~6.4%。该方法具有净化效果好、定量准确、灵敏快速的特点,适用于染发剂中4种硝基苯酚类物质的检测。
A simple and rapid method for simultaneous determination of four nitrophenols(2-amino-6-chloro-4-nitrophenol,4-amino-3-nitrophenol,4-hydroxypropyamino-3-nitrophenol,3-nitro-p-hydroxyethylaminophenol)in hair dye by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.The samples were extracted with volume fraction of 50%ethanol,purified with n-hexane,separated by high performance liquid chromatography,detected with diode array detector and quantified by external standard method.Under the optimal conditions,all analytes showed linear relationship in the range of 0.5-20.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.9990.The detection limits of the method(S/N=10)was 10.0 mg/kg,and the mean recoveries at three spiked concentration levels were in the range of 94.6%-99.6%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)ranging from 1.7%to 6.4%.This method is accurate,simple and rapid,which could be applied to the detection of nitrophenols in hair dye.
