聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯白柠檬油微胶囊的香气品质研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壁材,白柠檬油为芯材,采用乳液聚合法制备柠檬油纳微缓释香精。为比较分析包埋前后挥发性成分的变化,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪、电子鼻对白柠檬油和PMMA纳微缓释香精的香气物质进行了定性分析。结果表明:白柠檬油中的主要成分为柠檬烯、萜品烯、β-蒎烯、萜品油烯、γ-松油烯、α-蒎烯、α-松油醇和p-伞花烃等;PMMA纳微缓释香精中的主要香气成分为柠檬烯、萜品烯、萜品油烯、α-松油醇、γ-松油烯、β-蒎烯和p-伞花烃等。白柠檬油和PMMA纳微缓释香精的挥发性成分在组成和相对含量上存在一定的差异,但关键香气成分种类无明显差异。 Using Polymethacrylates(PMMA)as wall material and lime oil as core material,lime oil sustained-release fragrance nano-microparticles were prepared by emulsion polymerization.To compare the change of volatile components before and after embedding,volatile components of lime oil and PMMA sustained-release fragrance nano-microparticles were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and electronic nose.The results showed that the main components in lime oil were limonene,terpinene,β-pinene,terpinolene,γ-terpinene,α-pinene,α-terpineol and 1-methyl-3-(1-methylethyl)-benzene,etc.The main aroma components of PMMA sustained-release fragrance nano-microparticles were limonene,terpene,terpinolene,α-terpineol,γ-terpinene,β-pinene and 1-methyl-3-(1-methylethyl)-benzene,etc.The composition of volatile components of lime oil and PMMA sustained-release fragrance nano-microparticles were different,as well as their relative contents,but there was no significant difference in key aroma components.
