大蒜提取物化妆品对豚鼠皮肤刺激性实验研究

Study on Skin Irritation of Garlic Extract Cosmetics in Guinea Pigs

对大蒜提取物化妆品进行豚鼠刺激性实验,了解其安全性。将大蒜提取物化妆品重复接触豚鼠皮肤以观察其皮肤刺激性,以苏木精-伊红染色法(HE)对皮肤组织染色观察病理改变。结果显示大蒜提取物化妆品对豚鼠皮肤无刺激性,皮肤组织无病理改变。表明大蒜提取物化妆品具有良好的皮肤安全性。

To study the safety of garlic extract cosmetics,the experiments of skin irritation were conducted in guinea pig.Garlic extract cosmetics were repeatedly contacted with guinea pig skin to observe its skin irritation,and hematoxylin-eosin staining(HE)was used to stain the skin tissue to observe its pathological changes.The results showed that garlic extract cosmetics had no irritating effects on guinea pig skin,and there was no pathological change in skin tissue.That meant garlic extract cosmetics had good skin safety.
