摘要
为建立化妆品中雌三醇等7种性激素含量的一测多评方法,采用高效液相色谱法,二极管阵列检测器检测,以雌三醇为参照物,确立另外6种性激素的相对校正因子,利用校正因子计算各组分含量,从而实现一测多评。色谱条件采用XTerraTM RP18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),以水-乙腈-甲醇(体积比50︰18︰32)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L/min,进样量10μL。结果显示7种性激素的质量浓度在一定范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数均≥0.999;加标回收率为94.80%~105.56%,相对标准偏差为0.31%~1.64%。比较了一测多评法和标准曲线法测定结果,无显著性差异。该方法经济、快速、实用,可用于化妆品中7种性激素的含量测定。
To establish a method for determination of seven sex hormones in cosmetics with quantitative analysis of multicomponents by single marker(QAMS),the HPLC-DAD method was adopted and the estriol was used as the internal standard to determine the relative correction factors(RCFs)of the six sex hormones.The separation was performed on a XTerraTM RP18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)at 30℃using water-acetonitrile-methanol(volume ratio of 50/18/32)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.The results showed that good linearity with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999 was obtained for seven sex hormones;The average recoveries were from 94.80%to 105.56%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)from 0.31%to 1.64%.There were no significant differences between two quantitative results by standard curve method and QAMS.It indicated that the HPLC method with QAMS was economical,fast and practical,which is suitable for the determination of seven sex hormones in cosmetics.
