超临界CO_(2)萃取制备树兰叶与树兰花油和挥发性成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用

Supercritical CO_(2) Extraction,Volatile Components Analysis of Oils of Aglaia odorate Lour.Leaf&Flower,and Their Application in Cigarettes

采用超临界CO2萃取法对树兰叶进行提取,通过正交试验优化工艺。对采用相同工艺提取的树兰叶油、树兰花油进行GC-MS分析和卷烟加香试验。树兰叶油的最佳提取工艺条件为温度50℃、压力25 MPa、萃取时间80 min,在此条件下树兰叶油提取率为1.54%、树兰花油为0.82%;采用GC-MS方法分析出树兰叶油中的121种成分、树兰花油中122种成分,其中53种为二者共有组分;树兰叶油和树兰花油均具有提升烟气丰富性,降低卷烟烟气干燥感和刺激性,提高烟气口感舒适度的作用,但树兰花油的效果明显优于树兰叶油,主要表现为降低刺激性,令烟气更加透发,花香、甜香更加突出,烟气更丰富。

The supercritical CO2 extraction method was used to extract the leaves of Aglaia odorate Lour.,and the orthogonal test was selected to optimize the process.The oils of Aglaia odorate Lour.leaves and flowers obtained by the same process were subjected to GC-MS analysis and cigarette flavoring test.The optimal extraction process for Aglaia odorate Lour.leaf were temperature 50℃,pressure 25 MPa and extraction time 80 min.Under this condition,the extraction rate of leaf was 1.54%,and the flower was 0.82%.Totally 121 Components in leaf oil and 122 components in flower oil were identified,and there were 53 components in common.Both oils can enhance the smoke richness and reduced cigarette smoke dryness and irritation,improve the comfort of smoke taste,but the effects of flower oil was significantly better than that of leaf oil,which mainly reducing irritation,making smoke more permeating,senses of floral and sweet more prominent,and contributing to smoke richness.
