寻找教师专业发展内驱力生成的“阿基米德支点”

摘要 本文基于马斯洛的需求层次理论、动机理论进行研究,构建基于需求分析的教师专业发展内驱力的类型,即指向职业发展等个人需求的生存内驱力、指向教师职业追求和个体成长的发展内驱力、指向教育信仰和理想信念外在需求的价值内驱力,并通过需求、动机、行为的思考路径,探寻教师专业发展内驱力的核心要素。
