针刀结合关节腔注射治疗急性颞下颌关节盘前移位的疗效观察

摘要 目的 探讨针刀结合关节腔注射治疗急性颞下颌关节盘前移位的效果。方法 将2020年1月~2021年12月我院接诊的23例颞下颌关节盘前移位的患者进行了针刀和关节腔注射。结果 15例效果明显,4例轻微好转,3例无效,1例加重。结论 针刀结合关节腔注射治疗急性颞下颌关节盘前移位,效果显著。
