消化内镜治疗上消化道出血的疗效及预后效果的影响分析

Effect and prognostic effect of digestive endoscopy on upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的分析消化内镜治疗上消化道出血的疗效及预后效果的影响。方法于2020年6月-2022年1月开展研究,纳入本院收治的86例上消化道出血患者为观察对象,根据入院时间分为参照组(n=43)、研究组(n=43)两组。参照组实施常规药物治疗,研究组采取消化内镜联合药物治疗,比较治疗效果。结果治疗效果比较,研究组更好(P<0.05);研究组临床相关指标恢复时间用时短于参照组(P<0.05);出血控制时间、完全止血时间以及住院时间研究组短于参照组(P<0.05);再出血率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将消化内镜应用到上消化道出血治疗中,临床疗效确切,能够减少患者再出血的发生,改善患者的预后。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and prognostic effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 86 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected and were divided into control group(n=43)and study group(n=43)according to the admission time.The control group received conventional drug therapy,and the study group received digestive endoscopy combined with drug therapy.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results The treatment effect was better in the study group(P<0.05);The recovery time of clinical related indicators in the research group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time,and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The re-bleeding rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has a definite clinical effect,which can reduce the occurrence of rebleeding and improve the prognosis of patients.
