序贯护理在冠心病心力衰竭患者中的运用

Application of sequential therapy in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的分析基于医院-社区-居家序贯的多维度护理模式在冠心病心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月-2021年6月本院收治冠心病心力衰竭患者120例为研究对象,计算机1:1随机数列分布法分设对照组(常规延续性护理,n=60),研究组(多维度护理模式,n=60)。干预6个月后,比较两组自我护理能力、生命质量、运动耐力情况及心血管不良事件发生率。结果干预6个月后,研究组多维度生命质量、自我护理能力、运动耐力水平均显著高平对照组同期及本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病心力衰竭患者,应用基于医院-社区-居家序贯的多维度护理模式,既可改善提升患者的生命质量、自我护理能力及运动耐力水平,也可降低心血管不良事件发生率,可推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of multi-dimensional nursing model based on hospital-community-home sequence in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Method A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(conventional continuous nursing,n=60)and the research group(Multidimensional Nursing Model,n=60)by the computer 1:1 random number sequence distribution method.After 6 months of intervention,the self-care ability,quality of life,exercise tolerance and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the multi-dimensional quality of life,self-care ability,and exercise tolerance in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before nursing in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of events in the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion For patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,applying the multi-dimensional nursing model based on the sequence of hospital-community-home can not only improve the quality of life,self-care ability and exercise tolerance of patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,which can be promoted.
