C反应蛋白/白蛋白比值与糖尿病肾病患者贫血发生的关系

Relationship between C-reactive protein/albumin ratio and anemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的研究C反应蛋白、白蛋白比值与糖尿病肾病患者贫血发生的关系。方法回顾性研究,选取医院2019年3月至2022年6月收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者临床资料,均完成3个月随访,依据是否发生贫血将其分为发生组与未发生组。通过查阅电子病历,统计患者基线资料及C反应蛋白、白蛋白等实验室指标,并计算C反应蛋白/白蛋白。结果随访3个月内,90例糖尿病肾病患者发生贫血41例(45.56%);未发生组C反应蛋白、C反应蛋白/白蛋白值低于发生组,白蛋白、总蛋白值高于发生组(P<0.05);经点二列相关性分析提示,C反应蛋白、白蛋白、C反应蛋白/白蛋白与糖尿病肾病患者贫血发生有关(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线,结果显示,C反应蛋白/白蛋白预测糖尿病肾病患者贫血发生的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.861,具有一定预测效能。结论C反应蛋白/白蛋白与糖尿病肾病患者贫血发生有关,且其值越高,贫血发生可能性越大。

Objective To study the relationship between C-reactive protein,albumin ratio and anemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select the clinical data of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to June 2022.All patients were followed up for 3 months.They were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group according to whether anemia occurred.By consulting electronic medical records,the baseline data of patients and laboratory indicators such as C-reactive protein and albumin were counted,and C-reactive protein/albumin was calculated.Results During the follow-up of 3 months,41 of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy developed anemia,accounting for 45.56%.The values of C-reactive protein and C-reactive protein/albumin in the non-occurrence group were lower than those in the occurrence group,while the values of albumin and total protein in the non-occurrence group were higher than those in the occurrence group(P<0.05).The binary correlation analysis showed that C-reactive protein,albumin,C-reactive protein/albumin were related to anemia in patients with diabetes nephropathy(P<0.05).The ROC curve was drawn,and the results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of C-reactive protein/albumin to predict anemia in diabetic nephropathy patients was 0.861,which had a certain predictive effect.Con⁃clusion C-reactive protein/albumin is associated with anemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and the higher the value,the greater the possibility of anemia.
