浅谈中药房智能调配煎药管理模式在基层中西医结合医院的探索及应用

Exploration and application of intelligent dispensing and decocting management mode in pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine in grassroots integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospitals

目的介绍中药房智能调配煎药管理模式在基层中西医结合医院的探索及应用。方法建立中药房智能调配煎药管理模式;分别记录实施中药房智能管理模式前后的门诊中药处方差错情况,计算调配差错率并进行对比;分别抽取实施前后不同时段相同数量患者计算门诊平均等候取药时间,并进行对比。结果通过该管理模式的建立与实施,实现了中药处方在调配、发药、煎药、膏方、配送等过程的智能管理,全程数据可追溯;实施前后中药调配差错率由5.41%降至1.40%,患者等候取药时间各时段均缩短明显,对比差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论实施中药房智能调配煎药管理模式可降低中药调剂差错率,缩短患者等候取药时间,进而促进中药安全使用,改善医疗质量。

Objective To introduce the exploration and application of the intelligent dispensing and decocting management mode in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy(TCM pharmacy)in the grassroots integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals.Methods The intelligent dispensing and decocting management mode in TCM pharmacy was established.The errors in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for outpatients before and after the implementation of the intelligent management mode were recorded;allocation error rate was calculated and compared.The same amount of patients in different periods before and after the implementation were selected and the average waiting time of outpatients to take medicine was calculated and compared.Results Through the establishment and implementation of this management mode,intelligent management of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the process of preparation,dispensing,decocting,ointment formula and distribution has been achieved,and the whole process data can be traced.The error rate of dispensing before and after implementation decreased from 5.41%to 1.40%,and the waiting time for patients to receive medication was significantly shortened in each period,with statistical significance in the comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion This mode in TCM pharmacy can reduce dispensing errors,shorten the waiting time of patients,and promote the safety of traditional Chinese medicine use and improve medical quality.
