血液成分质量抽检数据的描述性统计分析探讨

目的探讨对血液成分质量抽检数据的描述性统计分析方法,确保实现血液成分制品的质量控制。方法收集2015年1月-2018年6月乌鲁木齐市血液中心的血液成分质量抽检检测数据,使用Mintab软件对部分关键指标分析进行描述性统计特征分析。结果针对血液成分质量抽检检测项目数据的质控特点绘制统计图,包括HCT指标的过程能力分析,血小板计数指标的概率分布图,血浆蛋白含量的时间序列图,血浆VIII因子含量的经验累积分布图以及HCT与HB的相关线性拟合图。结论通过对血液成分质量抽检数据的描述性统计分析,可直观地了解血液成分制品总体质量特征,是进行趋势分析的依据。

Objective To explore the descriptive statistical analysis method of blood component quality sampling data,and to ensure the quality control of blood component products.Methods Quality test data of blood samples of Urumqi blood center from January 2015 to June 2018 were collected,and the descriptive statistical characteristics of some key indicators were analyzed through Mintab software.Results According to the quality control characteristics of test data of blood quality,statistical charts were drawn,including process capability analysis of HCT indicators,probability distribution diagram of platelet count indicators,time series diagram of plasma protein content,empirical cumulative distribution diagram of plasma factor VIII content,and correlation linear fitting diagram of HCT and Hb.Conclusion Through the descriptive statistical analysis of blood component quality sampling data,we can intuitively understand the overall quality characteristics of blood component products,which is the basis for trend analysis.
