综合绩效考核质控在某三级医院实施效果分析

Effect analysis of comprehensive performance assessment quality control in a tertiary hospital

目的探索应用综合绩效考核对某三甲医院质量控制实施效果进行评价分析。方法根据国家综合绩效考核指标制定某三级公立医院的绩效考核指标,通过监测、分析,评估分析某医院2019年-2021年综合绩效考核的实施对医院监测的医疗服务收入、平均住院日、三四级手术占比等指标的影响。结果通过对比分析,综合绩效考核质控后的医疗服务收入占比、三四级手术占比均高于未进行考核前的指标,平均住院日低于实施前。结论实施综合绩效考核质量控制可以促进医院的医疗质量及服务水平,可为下一步推进医院推进信息化质控及精细化高质量管理提供依据。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive performance assessment to evaluate the implementation effect of quality control in a ClassⅲGrade A hospital.Methods The performance assessment indicators of a tertiary public hospital were formulated according to the national comprehensive performance assessment indicators.Through monitoring and analysis,the impact of the implementation of the comprehensive performance assessment of a hospital from 2019 to 2021 on the medical service income,average length of stay,and the proportion of third-level and fourth-level surgeries monitored by the hospital was evaluated and analyzed.Results Through comparative analysis,the proportion of medical service income and the proportion of third-level and fourth-level surgery after quality control of comprehensive performance assessment were higher than those before assessment,and the average length of stay was lower than that before implementation.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive performance assessment quality control can promote the hospital's medical quality and service level,which can provide a basis for the hospital to promote information quality control and fine quality management in the next step.
