克龄蒙联合益母草在重复人工流产术后的应用

Application of Kelingmeng combined with Leonurus japonicus after repeated artificial abortion

目的研究探讨戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装(克龄蒙)联合益母草在重复人工流产术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院于2019年2月-2022年4月收治的96例行人工流产手术的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。两组患者术后均予以益母草治疗,观察组在此基础上予以克龄蒙治疗。比较观察两组的术后阴道流血情况、子宫内膜厚度、月经恢复情况以及宫腔粘连情况。结果治疗后两组患者子宫内膜厚度较治疗前均有所增厚,且观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总体宫腔粘连情况要少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者月经周期恢复时间以及每次月经持续时间均较治疗前缩短,且观察组缩短幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后阴道流血得到控制以及停止流血的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克龄蒙联合益母草能够有效的增厚子宫内膜的厚度,改善患者术后月经情况,减少术后宫腔粘连及阴道流血。

Objective To study the application effect of compound packaging of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets composite packaging(Kelingmeng)combined with motherwort in patients after repeated artificial abortion.Methods 96 cases of artificial abortion patients admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(n=48)and the control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with motherwort after operation,and the observation group was treated with clenbuterol on this basis.The postoperative vaginal bleeding,endometrial thickness,menstruation recovery and intrauterine adhesions were compared between the two groups.Results The endometrial thickness of the two groups after treatment was thicker than that before treatment,and the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total intrauterine adhesions in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstrual cycle and the duration of each menstrual cycle in the two groups after treatment were shorter than those before treatment,and the reduction in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative vaginal bleeding was controlled and the time to stop bleeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clenbuterol combined with motherwort can effectively thicken the thickness of endometrium,improve the menstrual condition of patients after surgery,and reduce postoperative uterine cavity adhesion and vaginal bleeding.
