断指再植术后患者创伤性成长与康复锻炼依从性相关分析

Correlation analysis about traumatic growth and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after severed finger replantation

目的探究断指再植术后患者创伤性成长与康复锻炼依从性水平的相关性,为临床制定干预措施提供参考。方法选择在某三甲医院接受断指再植整形修复治疗的82例患者为研究对象,研究时间为2018年10月-2021年7月。采用一般资料调查问卷、创伤性成长量表、康复锻炼依从性量表对所有患者进行调查,经Pearson相关性检验分析断指再植术后患者创伤性成长与康复锻炼依从性水平的相关性。结果本研究82例断指再植术后患者创伤性成长量表得分为(63.49±3.27)分,处于中等水平,康复锻炼依从性量表得分为(35.05±4.96)分,处于中等水平。经Pearson相关性检验分析得知,断指再植术后患者创伤性成长与康复锻炼依从性水平呈正相关(r=0.383,P<0.001)。结论断指再植术后患者创伤性成长水平及康复锻炼依从性均处于较低水平,且两者呈正相关关系,影响再植断指功能恢复,临床应重视该类患者创伤后成长的干预,以促进术后断指康复锻炼依从性,促进康复。

Objective To explore the correlation between traumatic growth and the compliance level of rehabilitation exercises in patients after amputation finger replantation,and to provide references for clinical intervention measures.Methods A total of 82 patients who received replantation and plastic repair of severed injured fingers in a tertiary hospital were selected as the research objects.The study period was from October 2018 to July 2021.General data questionnaire,traumatic growth scale,and rehabilitation exercise compliance scale were used in this research.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between the traumatic growth of patients after finger replantation and the compliance level of rehabilitation exercise.Results In this study,the score of 82 patients after severed finger replantation was(63.49±3.27)points,which was in the medium level,and score of rehabilitation exercise compliance scale was(35.05±4.96)points,which was in the medium level,too.Pearson correlation test analysis showed that the traumatic growth of severed finger replantation patients was positively correlated with the compliance level of rehabilitation exercise(r=0.383,P<0.001).Conclusion The traumatic growth level and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after severed finger replantation are both at a low level,and they are positively correlated,which affects the functional recovery of severed finger after replantation.The clinic should pay attention to the intervention of the post-traumatic growth of such patients and promote the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise and rehabilitation.
