1195例女性HPV流行病学调查及宫颈病变风险评估

Epidemiology investigation aboutbhuman papilloma virus infection and risk assessment of cervical disease among 1195 women

目的以新疆人口最多的县城莎车县妇女为研究对象,研究新疆南疆地区女性宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染情况、分布及风险评估,为该地区HPV感染和宫颈癌的防治工作提供参考。方法收集2021年7月-2022年9月在莎车县人民医院妇科门诊及体检中心接受妇科体检及宫颈癌筛查的女性1195例及接受宫颈活检440例临床资料,常规获取标本检测HPV感染情况。结果在1195例受检女性中HPV感染阳性率24.94%,以单一亚型感染占比最多;在HPV感染者中,以高危亚型HPV16型、53型、52型等感染占比最多;不同年龄段及不同宫颈病变者HPV感染情况存在差异。结论本次调查的女性人群HPV感染率以高危亚型单一感染居多,宫颈恶性肿瘤晚期发现率高,提示当地应积极开展针对性的预防高危型HPV感染及宫颈癌早期筛查防治工作。

Objective Women in Shache County,the most populous county in Xinjiang,were selected as the research objects to study the infection status,distribution and risk assessment of human papilloma virus(HPV)in women in southern Xinjiang,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection and cervical cancer in the region.Methods Clinical data were collected from 1195 women who received gynecological checkups and cervical cancer screening and 440 women who received cervical biopsies at the gynecological outpatient clinic and physical examination center of Shache County people's hospital from July 2021 to September 2022,and specimens were routinely obtained to detect HPV infection.Results Among 1195 examined women,the positive rate of HPV infection was 24.94%,with single subtype infection accounting for the most.Among the HPV infected people,high-risk subtypes HPV type 16,53,52 accounted for the most infections.There were differences in HPV infection among different age groups and different cervical lesions.Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection in the female population in this survey was predominantly high risk subtype single infection.The rate of late detection of cervical malignancies was high.It suggests that targeted prevention of high-risk HPV infection and early screening and prevention of cervical cancer should be actively carried out locally.
