840例患者使用万古霉素情况分析

目的分析某院万古霉素使用情况,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取2018年9月-2020年12月840例使用万古霉素的住院患者病历,对其万古霉素使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果840例病例中患者平均年龄(45.19±21.53)岁;男性523例(62.26%),女性317例(37.74%);用药方案以1 g q12 h为主,共591例(70.36%);万古霉素药物利用指数DUI=0.93,平均用药天数(9.63±4.63)d;联合用药569例(67.74%);用药不适宜情况64例(7.63%);微生物样本送检率86.3%。结论万古霉素使用基本合理,微生物送检率合格,存在一些用药不适宜情况,应进一步加强万古霉素用药监护。

Objective To analyze about the use of vancomycin in our hospital and promote rational drug use.Methods The medical records of 840 hospitalized patients who used vancomycin from September 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected and retrospectivelyanalyzed.Results The study included 523 males(62.26%)and 317 females(37.74%),with a mean age of(45.19±21.53)yearsoldin the 840 cases.Most patients(70.36%)received 1g q12h,and the mean duration of drug use was(9.63±4.63)days.The drug utilization index(DUI)of vancomycin was 0.93.Out of the 840 patients,569 cases(67.74%)were treated with combined drugs,while 64 cases(7.63%)were not suitable for medication.The detection rate of microbiological samples was 86.3%.Conclusion Vancomycin usein our hospital is reasonable,and the microbiological delivery rate is qualified.However,some cases of inappropriate drug usewerestillbe found,so the monitoring of vancomycin use should be further strengthened.
