人生回顾干预对慢性肾衰患者自我管理、服药信念及自尊的影响

Effects of life review intervention on self-management,medication belief and self-esteem of patients with chronic renal failure

目的探究人生回顾干预对慢性肾功能衰竭(慢性肾衰)患者自我管理、服药信念及自尊的影响。方法选取2020年3月-2021年5月确诊并于本院肾内科住院治疗的100例慢性肾衰患者作为研究对象。依据随机抛硬币法,分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予人生回顾干预模式,对比两组患者的自我管理能力、服药信念及自尊。结果干预后,两组患者自我管理各维度及总评分均高于干预前,且观察组自我管理各维度及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组药物有害、药物过度使用、药物顾虑评分均低于对照组,服药必要性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者自尊量表评分均较干预前高,且观察组自尊量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用人生回顾护理能够提升慢性肾衰患者的自我管理水平、服药信念以及自尊水平。

Objective To explore the effects of life review intervention on self-management,medication belief and self-esteem in patients with chronic renal failure(chronic renal failure).Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure who were diagnosed and hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to random coin toss,50 cases were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given life review intervention mode based on the control group.The self-management ability,belief in taking medicine and self-esteem of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,all dimensions and total scores of selfmanagements in 2 groups were higher than before intervention,and all dimensions and total scores of self-managements in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of drug harmfulness,drug overuse and drug concern in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of drug necessity were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-esteem scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of self-esteem scale in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using life review nursing can improve the self-management level,medication belief and self-esteem of patients with chronic renal failure.
