乌鲁木齐市新市区居民对全民健康体检工程满意度及影响因素分析

Analysis of satisfaction and influencing factors of national health examination project in New Urban Area of Urumqi

目的调查乌鲁木齐市新市区居民对现阶段全民健康体检工程的满意度及影响因素,为此项工程进一步开展提出参考建议。方法采用整群抽样方法对2所地级医院和8所社区卫生服务中心社区居民进行了问卷调查,包括居民的基本信息、参加全民健康体检情况以及对全民健康体检各方面的满意情况。结果599名社区居民对现阶段全民健康体检工程满意度为77.63%,不同的性别、不同职业和体检前是否进行健康咨询的社区居民的满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归显示未就业或其他职业居民对全民健康体检满意度高于农民,女性居民和未进行健康咨询的居民对全民健康体检满意度较低。结论现阶段的全民健康体检工程仍需进一步改进,尤其在体检项目上满足人们对健康管理的需要,以提升健康体检者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction and influencing factors of residents in Urumqi new District on the project of national health examination at the present stage,and to put forward reference suggestions for further development of the project.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among the residents in 2 district hospitals and 8 community health service centers,including their basic information,participation in national health examination and satisfaction with all aspects of national health examination.Results The satisfaction of 599 community residents on the national health examination project at the present stage was 77.63%,and there was statistical significance in the satisfaction of community residents with different genders,different occupations and whether they had health consultation before physical examination(P<0.05).Logistic regression showed that the satisfaction of residents without employment or other occupations was higher than that of farmers.Female residents and residents who did not receive health consultation had lower satisfaction on national health examination.Conclusion At the present stage,the national health examination project still needs to be further improved,especially in the physical examination items to meet people's needs for health management,so as to improve the satisfaction of health examination users.
