缬沙坦联合通心络胶囊对扩张型心肌病患者的治疗价值

Effect of valsartan combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and quality of life in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的探究缬沙坦联合通心络胶囊对扩张型性疾病患者心功能、血管内皮功能及生活质量的影响。方法选92例扩张型性疾病患者,以入院顺序奇偶法分为对照组、观察组,各46例,分别应用缬沙坦、缬沙坦+通心络胶囊治疗,比较组间疗效。结果治疗前两组LVEDd、LVEF、CO水平相近(P>0.05);治疗后LVEF、CO:观察组>对照组;LVEDd:观察组<对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组VEGF、NO、ET-1水平相近(P>0.05);治疗后NO:观察组>对照组;VEGF、ET-1:观察组<对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组CQQC(中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷)评分相近(P>0.05);治疗后CQQC:观察组>对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应与对照组相近(10.87%vs 13.04%)。结论对扩张型心肌病患者应用缬沙坦+通心络胶囊治疗,可改善患者心功能及血管内皮功能,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of valsartan combined with Tongxinluo capsule on cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and quality of life in patients with dilated disease.Methods Ninety-two patients with dilated diseases were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the odd-even method of admission order,46 cases in each group,respectively,treated with valsartan,valsartan+Tongxinluo capsules,and the efficacy between the groups was compared.Results Before treatment,the levels of LVEDd,LVEF,and CO in the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after treatment,LVEF,COlevels in the observation group were higher than those of control group;LVEDdin the observation groupwas lower thanthat of control group(P<0.05);the levels of VEGF,NO and ET-1 were similar in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,NOlevel in the observation group was higher than thatin control group;VEGF,ET-1 in the observation group waslower thanthat of control group(P<0.05).CQQC(Chinese cardiovascular patients life Quality assessment questionnaire)scores were similar between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while CQQCin theobservation groupwas higher than that ofcontrol group after treatment(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were similar to those in the control group(10.87%vs 13.04%).Conclusion The application of valsartan+Tongxinluo capsules in the treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy can improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
