术前血小板相关参数预测子宫内膜癌恶性程度的关系

Relationship of preoperative platelet-related parameters in predicting the malignancy of endometrial cancer

目的探讨术前血小板相关参数预测子宫内膜恶性肿瘤恶性程度相关性。方法收集2017年-2020年新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院258例子宫内膜恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料回顾性分析,其中I型子宫内膜恶性肿瘤有227例,Ⅱ型子宫内膜恶性肿瘤有31例。Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌有217例,Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期子宫内膜癌有41例。结果MPV、P-LCR在Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌患者略低于其在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着子宫内膜恶性肿瘤分期增加,术前PLT呈明显上升趋势且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术前PCT也有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。转移的患者PLT、PCT有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴脉管间隙受累者PLT呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板相关参数对子宫内膜恶性肿瘤的恶性程度有一定预测价值。术前血小板参数对子宫内膜癌的预后及治疗有一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the correlation of preoperative platelet-related parameters in predicting the degree of malignancy of endometrial malignant tumors.Methods The clinical data of 258 patients with endometrial malignant tumors in People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regions from 2017 to 2020 were collectedfor retrospective analysis,including 227 cases with type I endometrial malignant tumors and 31 cases with typeⅡendometrial malignant tumors.217 cases of stageⅠ+Ⅱendometrial cancer and 41 cases of stageⅢ+Ⅳendometrial cancer.Results MPV and P-LCR in patients with typeⅡendometrial cancer were slightlylower than those in patients with typeⅠendometrial cancer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of the stage of endometrial malignant tumor,the preoperative PLT showed a significant upward trend and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the preoperative PCT also increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PLT and PCT of the patients who with metastasis increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PLT of patients with lymphovascular space involvement showed an upward trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet-related parameters have certain predictive value for the malignancy of endometrial malignant tumors.Preoperative platelet parameters have certain reference value for the prognosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
