关节镜下内引流术与开放手术治疗腘窝囊肿疗效分析

Comparative analysis of arthroscopic internal drainage versus open surgery in the treatment of popliteal cysts

目的探讨关节镜下内引流术治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取新疆军区总医院创伤骨科2016年1月-2020年1月收治的腘窝囊肿患者63例,分为关节镜下内引流术组(33例)和开放手术组(30例)。比较两组患者手术时间、切口长度及住院时间,对两组患者进行术后随访,比较两组患者囊肿复发情况及膝关节Lysholm功能评分。结果关节镜下内引流术组患者手术时间长于开放手术组,而切口长度及住院天数均小于开放手术组,术后12个月两组患者囊肿复发率无差异,关节镜下内引流术组患者膝关节功能评分优于开放手术组。结论膝关节镜内引流术治疗膝关节腘窝囊肿具有切口小、住院时间短、膝关节功能优等优势,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic internal drainage in the treatment of popliteal cysts.Methods A total of 63 patients with popliteal cysts admitted to the department of orthopedics,General Hospital of Xinjiang Military Region from January 2016 to January 2020 were enrolled and divided into arthroscopic internal drainage group(33 cases)and open surgery group(30 cases).Operation time,incision length and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Postoperative follow-up was conducted between the two groups,and the recurrence of cysts and Lysholm function score of knee joints were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of patients in the arthroscopic internal drainage group was longer than that in the open surgery group,while the incision length and hospital stay were shorter than that in the open surgery group.There was no difference in the recurrence rate of cysts between the two groups 12 months after surgery,and the knee function score of patients in the arthroscopic internal drainage group was better than that in the open surgery group.Conclusion Arthroscopic drainage for popliteal cyst of knee joint has the advantages of small incision,short hospital stays and excellent knee function,and is a safe and effective treatment method.
