高位肛周脓肿患者术后不同引流术的临床疗效的影响

The impact of Clinical efficacy of different postoperative drainage in patients with high perianal abscess

目的探究高位肛周脓肿患者术后不同引流术对患者康复相关指标、疼痛程度及肛肠功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2021年8月于本院治疗的80例高位肛周脓肿术后患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用填塞引流,观察组采用引流管引流,对比两组患者的康复相关指标、疼痛程度以及肛肠功能。结果观察组患者残留瘢痕面积、创面愈合时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组引流术后1 d、7 d、14 d的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肛肠功能正常率(95.00%)高于对照组(82.50%)(χ^(2)=3.940,P=0.047);且观察组肛肠功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高位肛周脓肿患者术后行引流管引流与填塞引流相比,其可有效减少患者的创面失血量、创面愈合时间,减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善肛肠功能情况,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the effects of different postoperative drainage on rehabilitation related indexes,pain degree and anorectal function in patients with high perianal abscess.Methods 80 patients with high perianal abscess treated in our hospital from May 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamponade drainage and the observation group was treated with drainage tube drainage.The rehabilitation related indexes,pain degree and anorectal function of the two groups were compared.Results The residual scar area,wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The pain scores of the observation group at 1,7 and 14 days after drainage were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;The normal rate of anorectal function in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%)(χ^(2)=3.940,P=0.047);The anorectal function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with packing drainage,drainage tube drainage can effectively reduce the blood loss and wound healing time of patients with high perianal abscess,reduce the degree of pain,improve anorectal function and shorten the hospital stay.
