探究对子宫内膜癌化疗患者开展强化认知行为联合心理护理的效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing based on strengthening cognitive behavior combined with psychological nursing on patients with endometrial cancer

目的 探究对子宫内膜癌化疗患者开展强化认知行为联合心理护理的效果。方法 采用随机数字表抽取法,将2017年1月-2019年12月本院72例子宫内膜癌化疗患者分为对照组(36例,开展常规护理)、试验组(36例,开展强化认知行为联合心理护理)。对比两组治疗依从率、生活质量评分、应对方式评分及护理质量评分、VAS评分。结果 试验组治疗依从率(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%),P <0.05;试验组护理后生活质量评分及护理质量评分较对照组更高,P <0.05;试验组护理后患者面对维度评分较对照组更高,且回避、屈服应对评分较对照组更低,P <0.05;试验组护理后VAS评分低于对照组,P <0.05。结论 对子宫内膜癌化疗患者开展强化认知行为联合心理护理有助于增加治疗依从性及生活质量,并有助于改善应对方式,减轻疼痛,护理质量更佳。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based onintensive cognitive behavior combined with psychological nursing for patients with endometrial cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Using the random number tablemethod,72 patients with endometrial cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into the control group(36 cases,receiving routine nursing care)and the experimental group(36 cases,receiving comprehensive nursing including intensive cognitive behavior combined with psychological care).The compliance rate,scoreof quality of life,scoreof coping style,nursing quality,and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the experimental group(97.22%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and nursing quality of the experimental group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of“facing”dimensionwere higher,and the“avoidance”and“yield coping”scores were lower than thoseof the controlgroup,(P<0.05).VAS score in the experimental group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive cognitive behavior combined with psychological nursing for patients with endometrial cancer chemotherapy can help to increase treatment compliance and quality of life,and help to improve coping style,reduce pain,and improve nursing quality.
