血清YKL-40表达与TGF-β1表达水平与带状疱疹的相关性研究

Correlation of serum YKL-40 expression and TGF-β1 expression level with herpes zoster

目的 探讨与研究血清YKL-40表达与转化生长因子-β1(Transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)表达水平与带状疱疹(herpes zoster,HZ)的相关性。方法 选择2019年1月-2021年12月在新疆哈密农十三师红星医院诊治的带状疱疹患者82例作为带状疱疹组,选取84例同期健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组血清YKL-40、TGF-β1表达水平。判定带状疱疹患者的视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分与病情评分。结果 在带状疱疹组82例患者中,平均VAS评分为(5.26±0.28)分,平均病情评分为(8.12±0.25)分。带状疱疹组的血清YKL-40、TGF-β1含量高于对照组(P <0.05)。在带状疱疹组82例患者中,Pearson线性相关分析显示VAS评分、病情评分与血清YKL-40、TGF-β1含量都存在正相关性(P <0.05)。logistic回归分析显示血清YKL-40、TGF-β1含量都为影响患者VAS评分、病情评分的重要因素(P <0.05)。结论 带状疱疹患者多伴随有血清YKL-40、TGF-β1的高表达,与患者的疼痛与病情状况存在相关性,也是导致患者病情恶化的重要因素。

Objective To explore and study the correlation between serum YKL-40 expression levels and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)expression and herpes zoster(HZ).Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,A total of 82 cases of patients with herpes zoster who were diagnosed and treated in Red Star Hospital,13th Division of Agriculture were selected as the herpes zoster group,and the other 84 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.The expression levels of serum YKL-40,TGF-β1 in the two groups were detected.Thevisual analogue scale(VAS)score and condition score were evaluated in patients with herpes zoster.Results Among the 82 patients in the herpes zoster group,the mean VAS score were(5.26±0.28),and the mean condition score were(8.12±0.25).The serum levels of YKL-40 and TGF-β1 in the herpes zoster group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among 82 patients in the herpes zoster group,Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that VAS score,disease score and serum YKL-40 and TGF-β1 levels were positively correlated(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum YKL-40 and TGF-β1 levels were important factors affecting the VAS score and disease score of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with herpes zoster are often accompanied by high expression of serum YKL-40 and TGF-β1,which are related to the pain and condition of the patients,and are also important factors that lead to the deterioration of the patient's condition.
