多元化护理对老年冠心病患者PCI术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of diversified nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart

目的探讨多元化护理的应用在老年冠心病患者PCI术后的实践效果以及对负性情绪和生活质量的改善。方法选择2019年12月-2020年12月本院老年冠心病患者60例,均采取PCI手术治疗,采用数字表抽取法随机分组,30例对照组,应用老年冠心病常规护理干预模式,30例观察组,在老年冠心病PCI手术期间,应用多元化护理干预模式,在组间护理干预期间,采用焦虑抑郁自评量表展开负性情绪比较,并观察两组健康调查简表衡量结果,以及睡眠质量与护理满意度。结果两组在SAS、SDS测评表比较结果中,观察组各项分值均有所下降,与对照组比值差异呈更低,且该组生活质量提升明显,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。睡眠质量比较中,观察组各项分值均有所提升,较对照组呈更高水平,且护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论改善老年冠心病患者PCI术后负性情绪及生活质量的有效护理措施为多元化护理,安全保障及有效性较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the practical effects of diversified nursing application in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and the improvement of negative emotions and quality of life.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected.All patients were treated with PCI surgery,and were randomly divided by digital table extraction method.30 patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention mode of elderly coronary heart disease,and 30 cases in the observation group,diversified nursing intervention models were used during PCI surgery for elderly patients with coronary heart disease.During the inter-group nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression self-rating scale was used to compare negative emotions,and the results of the two health survey summary tables were observed,and Sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.Results In the comparison results of the SAS and SDS evaluation tables between the two groups,the scores of the observation group decreased;Compared with the control group,the ratio difference was lower,and the quality of life of this group improved significantly,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of sleep quality,the scores of the observation group were improved,which was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective nursing measures to improve the negative emotion and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI are diversified nursing care,which is safe and effective,and is worthy of promotion.
