个性化心理护理对老年脑梗塞护理中的应用及对患者负性情绪的改善

Evaluation on the application in nursing and improvement of negative emotion in elderly patients with cerebral infarction by individualized psychological nursing

目的评价老年脑梗塞护理实践中,应用个性化心理干预对患者负性情绪的改善作用。方法取90例纳入本次研究的罹患老年脑梗塞患者,均为2019年03月-2021年03月期间于本院接受诊治,依据护理干预的差异均分为两组,纳入45例病例于对照组中(常规护理干预),纳入45例病患于观察组中(个性化心理护理干预),两组不同干预后,展开患者负性情绪及满意度改善效果的比较。结果观察组的强迫指标、焦虑指标、抑郁指标以及恐惧指标各项评测结果,相较于对照组均呈显著下降趋势,两组数据对比区别明显(P<0.05);经对观察组的护理满意度加以评测,相较于对照组呈显著提高趋势,两组数据对比区别明显(P<0.05)。结论在罹患老年脑梗塞护理实践中,应用个性化心理护理干预,有利于减轻其负性情绪,改善其心理健康。同时可提升其护理满意度,整体护理效果更佳,价值十分突出。

Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized psychological intervention on the improvement of negative emotion in elderly patients nursing practice with cerebral infarction.Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction included in this study were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021.According to the difference of nursing intervention,they were divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group(routine nursing intervention)and 45 cases in the observation group(personalized psychological nursing intervention).After different interventions,the improvement effects of negative emotions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the obsessive-compulsive index,anxiety index,depression index and fear index of the observation group showed a significant downward trend,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was evaluated,which showed a significant improvement trend compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing practice of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,the application of personalized psychological nursing intervention is conducive to reducing their negative emotions and improving their mental health.At the same time,it can improve the nursing satisfaction,the overall nursing effect is better,and the value is very prominent.
