新疆某三甲医院药师在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下心理和睡眠状况的调查分析

Analysis of mental health and sleeping state of pharmacists in a Tertiary Hospital in Xinjiang on the Corona Virus Disease 2019 outbreak

目的对新疆某三甲医院药师在2020年第三季度新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)再袭时心理和睡眠状况调查分析,为心理干预提供依据。方法2020年8月12日-8月13日,微信发放调查问卷,包含心理健康自评问卷(SRQ-20)、患者健康问卷抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)和失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI),并与第一季度疫情期间药师SRQ-20、PHQ-9得分情况对比。结果有效回收问卷122份,其中22.95%药师出现了心理应激反应、45.90%处于抑郁状态、32.79%处于焦虑状态、38.52%表现出失眠状态,心理应激与抑郁阳性率均稍高于第一季度,无显著性差异。慢性病、身体状况欠佳与一般、学历相对低的药师SRQ-20、PHQ-9、GAD-7和ISI总分均显著升高(P<0.05),接触过疑似患者、从事药物研发/静脉配置/供应调剂的药师SRQ-20、PHQ-9和ISI总分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论药师在两次疫情背景下,出现了一定的心理健康和睡眠问题,特定药师人群更易产生心理问题,宜给予更多关注和支持。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health and sleep status of pharmacists a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang when the epidemic reattacked in the third quarter of 2020,so as to provide references for psychological intervention.Methods From August 12 to August 13,2020,WeChat distributed questionnaires,including self-reporting questionnaire(SRQ-20),patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)and insomnia severity index(ISI),compared with the scores of SRQ-20 and PHQ-9 of pharmacists during the epidemic in the first quarter,to evaluate the stress response,depression,anxiety and sleep disorder.Results A total of 122 effective questionnaires were collected.Among the respondents,22.95%had psychological stress reaction,45.90%were in depression state,32.79%in anxiety state and 38.52%in insomnia state.The positive rates of psychological stress and depression were slightly higher than the first quarter without statistical significance.The total scores of SRQ-20,PHQ-9,GAD-7 and ISI of pharmacists with chronic disease,poor physical condition and relatively loweducational background were significantly increased(P<0.05).The total scores of SRQ-20,PHQ-9 and ISI of pharmacists who had contacted suspected patients and engaged in drug research,intravenous admixture and supply dispensing were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In the context of the two outbreaks,pharmacists have some mental health and sleep problems,and specific groups of pharmacists are more likely to have psychological problems,so more attention and support should be given.
