基于心理危机三级干预体系在新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院一线护士中的应用

Application of a tertiary intervention system based on psychological crisis in front-line nurses indesignatedCOVID-19 hospitals

目的分析基于心理危机三级干预体系在新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院一线护士中的应用。方法本次研究中的观察对象均选自新疆乌鲁木齐某定点医院2020年3月-2021年3月期间一线护士中,60名护士均给予基于心理危机三级干预体系,对干预前后护士的焦虑程度、抑郁程度以及睡眠质量情况展开比对和分析,同时比较干预前后一线护士的应激水平和应对信心。结果干预后一线护士的广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)评分、健康问卷抑郁症状群量表(PHQ-9)评分以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分均明显低于干预前,P<0.05;干预后护士的应激水平明显低于干预前,应对信心则明显高于干预前,P<0.05。结论基于心理危机三级干预体系应用于新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院一线护士护理中在改善护士负性情绪、提高睡眠质量方面有积极作用,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of three-level intervention system based on psychological crisis on the first-line nurse at designated COVID-19 hospital.Methods Clinical nurses froma designated hospital of Urumqi from March 2020 to March 2021were selected as research objects.60 nurses were given three-levelintervention systembased on psychological crisis.The levels of anxiety of nurses,the degree of depression,sleep quality,stress level and coping confidence of nurses were analyzed and compared before and after the intervention.Results The scores of Generalized Anxiety Scale(GAD-7),Depression Symptom Group Scale(PHQ-9)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of first-line nurses after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the stress level of nurses was significantly lower than that before the intervention,and the coping confidence was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-level intervention system based on psychological crisis in front-line nurse care at COVID-19 designated hospitals plays a positive role in relieving nurses'negative emotions and improving sleep quality,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
