乌鲁木齐市某医院医护人员组织支持感与心理脱离的相关性分析

Correlation between the perception of organizational support and psychological detachment amonghealthcare workers in a hospital of Urumqi

目的探究乌鲁木齐市某医院医护人员组织支持感与心理脱离的相关性。方法随机抽取2020年3月-2021年3月乌鲁木齐市某医院中100名医护人员为观察对象,使用组织支持感量表与心理脱离量表对其施行问卷调查,并了解相关信息,分析医护人员组织支持感与心理脱离相关性。结果(1)不同年龄、文化程度及工作年限医护人员组织支持感量表得分存在显著差异,P<0.05;(2)不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、工作年限及职称和是否参加一线救治工作医护人员心理脱离表得分存在显著差异,P<0.05;(3)结果显示,价值认同、利益关心、组织支持感量表总分与心理脱离量表总分呈正相关,P<0.05。结论乌鲁木齐市某医院医护人员组织支持感、心理脱离呈中等水平,且组织支持感与心理脱离呈正相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between organizational support and psychological disengagement of medical staff in a hospital of Urumqi.Methods 100 medical and nursing staff in a hospital of Urumqi from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were surveyed with the organizational support scale and the psychological disengagement scale,and relevant information was obtained.The correlation between the organizational support and psychological disengagement of medical and nursing staff was analyzed.Results(1)There were significant differences in the scores of organizational support scale among medical and nursing staff at different ages,education levels and working years(P<0.05);(2)There were significant differences in the psychological disengagement scale scores among different ages,marital status,educational level,working years,professional titles and whether medical staff had participated in first-line rescue work,(P<0.05);(3)The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the total scores of the value identification,interest concern,organizational support scale and the total scores of the psychological disengagement scale(P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of organizational support and psychological disengagement of medical staff in a hospital of Urumqi are at a medium level,and there is a positive correlation between the sense of organizational support and psychological disengagement.
