阿立哌唑联合工娱干预护理在老年慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application analysis of aripiprazole combined with work and entertainment intervention nursing in elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探究阿立哌唑联合工娱干预护理在老年慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法选取我院2019年9月-2020年8月收治的78例老年慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予利培酮药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿立哌唑片治疗,两组连续治疗3个月,且均在治疗期间给予工娱干预护理。两组进行比较的指标有:不良反应(治疗期间)、临床疗效(治疗后)、认知功能、社会功能(治疗前后)。结果观察组患者总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的69.23%(P<0.05);两组较治理前,治疗后WMS量表评分升高,观察组较对照组,处于更高水平;治疗后两组SDSS量表评分降低,且观察组低于对照组;治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的41.03%(均P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合工娱干预护理可明显改善老年慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能与社会功能,临床疗效好。

Objective To explore the application of aripiprazole combined with work and entertainment intervention nursing in elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods 78 elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia treated in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given risperidone drug treatment,and the observation group was given aripiprazole tablets on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 3 months continuously,and both were given work and entertainment intervention during the treatment.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function before and after treatment,social function scores and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 69.23%in the control group(P<0.05).The WMS scale scores of the two groupsafter treatment were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was at a higher level than the control group.After treatment,the SDSS scale scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%,which was lower than 41.03%of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with work and entertainment intervention nursing can significantly improve the cognitive function of elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia,and at the same time improve social function,and the clinical effect is good.
