550例糖尿病患者及非内分泌专业医师糖化血红蛋白认知率调查

摘要 目的通过调查目前的HbA1c认知情况,并尝试提出一些应对策略,以达到提高HbA1c认知、检测率,继而改善糖尿病相关结局的目的。方法设计简易HbA1c认知调查表,选择2019年11月-2019年12月期间在新疆某医院内分泌以外科室住院、并请内分泌科会诊的确诊糖尿病患者,以及发出会诊申请的非内分泌专业医师,调查患者及医师的HbA1c认知情况及医师进行HbA1c检测的情况。结果知晓HbA1c这一概念的患者仅占调查人数的20.71%,知晓适合患者本人的Hb A1c控制目标的仅占6.49%;非内分泌专业医师对HbA1c的几个细节问题认知率为56.94%-77.78%,内科系统较高,外科系统较低。结论糖尿病患者对HbA1c的认知率仍处于极低水平,非内分泌专业医师的HbA1c认知水平也有待提高。 Objective To investigate the current cognition level of HbA1c,and attempt to propose some strategies for heightening Hb A1c cognition and detection rate,and then improving diabetes-related outcomes.Methods A simple HbA1c cognitive questionnaire was designed to investigate the HbA1c cognitive status of patients and physicians and the detection status of HbA1c by physicians,by selecting patients with diagnosed diabetes who were hospitalized in a department other than endocrinology in a hospital in Xinjiang Province from November 2019 to December 2019 for consultation in the endocrinology department,as well as non-endocrinology physicians who applied for consultation.Results The awareness rate of HbA1c in the surveyed patients was only 20.71%,and only6.49%knew their own reasonable control target of HbA1c.The awareness rates of several details of HbA1c among non-endocrinological physicians was 56.94%-77.78%,which was higher in the medical system and lower in the surgical system.Conclusion The recognition of HbA1c in diabetic patients is still at a very low level,and the cognition level of non-endocrine doctors to HbA1c also needs to be improved.
