手术室护士护理软技能现况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis about soft nursing skills of nurses in operating room

目的通过调查乌鲁木齐市三甲医院手术室护士护理软技能现况,分析其影响因素,为提高手术室护士综合素质提出有针对性的建议与对策。方法采用随机整群分层抽样法,通过一般资料调查表、护理软技能测评量表对乌鲁木齐市8家三甲医院的382名手术室护士进行调查。结果乌鲁木齐市三甲医院手术室护士护理软技能得分(150.90±21.14)分。各维度均分比较显示,自我管理技能得分最高(38.85±3.87)分,认知技能得分最低(25.46±3.71)分。不同年龄、教育程度、婚姻状况、工作年限、用工性质、技术职称及行政职务的手术室护士的护理软技能得分之间存在差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市三甲医院手术室护士护理软技能水平一般,有待进一步提高,建议护理管理者应从提高认知技能、创新意识,加强人际关系建设、培养护士职业情操等方面增强手术室护士护理软技能水平。

Objective To investigate the status of soft nursing skills of nurses in operating room of grade A hospitals of Urumqi,analyze the influencing factors,and put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures for improving the comprehensive quality of operating room nurses.Methods 382 nurses in operating roomfrom 8 grade A hospitals in Urumqi were investigated through general data questionnaire and nursing soft skill evaluation scaleby using random cluster stratified sampling method.Results The average score of soft nursing skills of nurses in operating room at those hospitals was(150.90±21.14)points.The average score of each dimension showed that the score of self-management skill was the highest which was(38.85±3.87)points,and the score of cognitive skill was the lowest which was(25.46±3.71)points.There were statistically significant differences in soft nursing skills among nurses with different ages,different education levels,marital status,working years,nature of employment,technical titles and administrative positions(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of soft nursing skills of nurses in operating roomin Third-grade hospitals in Urumqi is average and it needs to be further improved.It is suggested that nursing managers should enhance the level of soft nursing skills of nurses in operating room through improving their cognitive skills and innovation consciousness,strengthening their interpersonal relationship and training their professional sentiment.
