健康体检针对性护理方法在特殊人群的应用效果

目的 本文旨在探讨健康体检中针对性护理在特殊人群进行有效的护理措施的研究方法以及其在实际工作中的应用价值。方法 选择2020年5月-6月在本院健康体检中心首次健康体检者256例特殊人群作为主要观察对象,特殊人群泛指老年(文化层次低)、语言不通等存在交流沟通障碍、残疾或身体残疾者、精神障碍病患者、传染性疾病(如HIV、乙肝、梅毒等),在2021年5月-6月进行二次健康体检,两次体检的项目相同。首次体检没有开展具有针对性的护理,第二次体检期间采取了针对性的护理措施。对比了两次体检的项目使用时间以及服务满意程度与投诉概率。结果 二次体检的研究项目使用时间相比较首次均显著减少(P<0.05);二次体检患者满意率95.7%,与首次体检68.7%相比差异具有重要的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在健康体检特殊类型的人群之间开展一系列有针对性的护理措施,能够明显地减少和缩短其体检持续时间,提升其服务的满意度,对特殊类型人群身心健康发挥有显著的促进和改善效应。

Objective To explore the research methods of targeted nursing in physical examination for effective nursing measures in special population and its application value in practical work.Methods 256 cases of special population who underwent the first physical examination in the health examination center of our hospital from May to June 2020 were selected as the main study objects.Special people generally referred to the elderly(low cultural level),people with communication barriers such as language barrier,disabled or physically disabled,patients with mental disorders,infectious diseases(such as HIV,hepatitis B,syphilis,etc.).Two physical examinations were carried out from May to June 2021,and the items of the two physical examinations were the same.The first physical examination did not carry out targeted nursing,while targeted nursing measures were taken during the second physical examination.The use time of examination items,service satisfaction and complaint probability of the two physical examinations were compared.Results compared with the first time,the use time of examination items in the second physical examination was significantly reduced(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of patients in the second physical examination was 95.7%,which was significantly different from 68.7% in the first physical examination(P<0.05).Conclusion By carrying out a series of targeted nursing measures among people with special types of health examinations,the duration of physical examinations can be significantly reduced and shortened,the satisfaction of their services can be improved,and the physical and mental health of special types of people can be significantly promoted and improved.improvement effect.
