内窥镜大隐静脉获取术137例应用体会

Application of endoscopic vein harvesting in 137cases

目的 探讨内窥镜大隐静脉获取术(EVH)在冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)患者中的应用效果及经验体会。方法回顾分析本院137例应用内窥镜采集大隐静脉术(EVH)的CABG患者获取静脉过程和术后切口愈合情况。结果 行EVH患者术后下肢切口愈合不良、下肢水肿、淋巴管炎、下肢局部麻木等并发症发生率低于开放式获取大隐静脉组。结论 内窥镜获取大隐静脉是安全可行的,其切口美观,创伤小,且能明显减少术后下肢切口相关并发症。

Objective To explore the application effect and experience of endoscopic vein harvesting(EVH) in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods 137 cases of CABG patients who underwent EVH were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of complications such as poor wound healing,edema,lymphangitis and local numbness of lower limbs in EVH patients was lower than that in the open great saphenous vein group.Conclu sion It is safe and feasible to obtain the great saphenous vein by endoscopy.The incision is beautiful,the wound is small,and the complications related to incision of lower limb can be significantly reduced.
