新冠病毒医学观察者心理健康状况及影响因素分析调查

Analysis on mental health status and influencing factors of Novel Coronavirus medical observers

目的 调查新冠肺炎大流行期间石河子地区新冠病毒医学观察者的负性情绪、失眠及其影响因素,为以后的突发公共卫生事件心理危机干预提供参考。方法 选取2020年10月在石河子医学观察点的新冠病毒医学观察者300例,使用一般资料调查表、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、抑郁障碍筛查量表(PHQ-9)、失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)对医学观察者心理行为进行评估。结果 共回收300份,其中新冠病毒医学观察者焦虑、抑郁、失眠症状的发生率分别为48.3%、58.0%、20.7%。新冠病毒医学观察者抑郁、焦虑情绪与睡眠质量呈正相关(r=0.323,P<0.001;r=0.362,P<0.001)。女性、年龄36-50岁、离异或丧偶更易出现焦虑、抑郁及失眠的现象。结论 新冠疫情期间,新冠病毒医学观察者焦虑、抑郁情绪与失眠严重程度呈正相关,新冠病毒医学观察者更易产生负性情绪及睡眠障碍,应针对目标人群给予更多社会关注与支持。

Objective To investigate the negative emotions,insomnia and its influencing factors in novel coronavirus medical observers in Shihezi area during the COVID-19 pandemic,and to provide reference for psychological crisis intervention in future public health emergencies.Methods During October 2020,300 novel coronavirus medical observers in Shihezi medical observation point were selected.The general Information questionnaire,GAD-7,PHQ-9 and ISI were used to evaluate the psychological behavior of the medical observers.Results A total of 300 questionnaires were collected.The incidence of anxiety,depression and insomnia of novel coronavirus medical observers were 48.3%,58.0% and 20.7%,respectively.Depression and anxiety of novel coronavirus medical observers were positively correlated with sleep quality(r=0.323,P<0.001;r=0.362,P<0.001).Women,aged 36-50,divorced or widowed were more likely to have anxiety,depression and insomnia.Conclusion During the COVID-19 outbreak,anxiety and depression of novel coronavirus medical observers are positively correlated with the severity of insomnia.Novel coronavirus medical observers are more likely to have negative emotions and sleep disorders,so more social attention and support should be given to the target population.
