精细化护理在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理中的应用

Study on the application of refined nursing in the nursing of operation room under thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer

目的分析精细化护理在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理中的应用效果。方法以2020年1月-2020年9月某医院呼吸外科收治的胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组接受手术室护理为常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上行精细化护理,比较两组手术指标、心理状况、护理满意度。结果两组拔管时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组护理满意度高于对照组(96.00%vs81.33%,P<0.05)。结论精细化护理作为胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理方案,可促进术后康复,减轻患者心理负担,得到患者认可。

Objective To analyze the application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of the operating room under thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer who were admitted to the department of respiratory surgery in a hospital from January 2020 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received operating room nursing as routine nursing intervention,and the research group performed refined nursing on this basis,compared the two groups’surgical indicators,psychological status,and nursing satisfaction.Results The extubation time and hospital stay in the two groups were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups decreased,and the study group was even lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(96.00%vs 81.33%,P<0.05).C onclusion As a nursing program in the operating room of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer,refined nursing care can promote postoperative recovery and reduce the psychological burden of patients,which is recognized by patients.
