心形美容缝合技术在多次剖宫产术中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of heart-shaped cosmetic suture technique in multiple cesarean section

目的探究心形美容缝合技术在多次剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法选择294例多次剖宫产(≥2次)产妇,按照随机数字表法均分为试验组和对照组两组(各147例),对照组产妇实施传统单纯腹部间断缝合法进行缝合,试验组产妇予以腹部加压下的心形美容缝合技术,对比两组产妇的缝合效果、切口愈合时间、缝合时间、术后不同时间点视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、切口瘢痕增生率、瘢痕宽度、瘢痕最薄厚度以及各类并发症的发生率。结果①试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②试验组产妇缝合时间和切口愈合时间低于对照组产妇[(5.67±0.44)与(7.71±1.02)]、[(10.18±1.43)与(9.33±1.32)](P<0.05);③术后1、3、7 d三个时间点试验组产妇的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);④试验组产妇切口瘢痕增生率4.08%,对照组15.65%(P<0.05),试验组产妇瘢痕宽度和瘢痕最薄厚度均低于对照组产妇(P<0.05);⑤试验组产妇并发症总发生率2.72%,对照组总发生率13.61%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心形美容缝合技术在多次剖宫产术中具有较好的应用效果,可以有效降低产妇切口瘢痕生成率、缩小瘢痕宽度厚度,同时还能够有效降低各类并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of heart-shaped cosmetic suture technique in multiple cesarean section.Methods 294 cases of multiple cesarean section(≥2 times)women selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method(147 women in each group).The women in the control group were sutured by the traditional simple intermittent abdominal suture method.The women in the experimental group were given a heart-shaped cosmetic suture technique under abdominal pressure.The suture effect,incision healing time,and suture of the women in the two groups were compared.Time,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points after operation,incision scar hyperplasia rate,scar width,thinnest scar thickness and the incidence of various complications.Results①The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);②The suture time and wound healing time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group[(5.67±0.44)and(7.71±1.02)],[(10.18±1.43)and(9.33±1.32)](P<0.05);②The maternal suture time and incision healing time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);③The VAS scores of the women in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at three time points:1 d,3 d,and 7 d(P<0.05);④The rate of scar hyperplasia in the experimental group was4.08%and that in the control group was 15.65%(P<0.05).The width of the scars and the thinnest thickness of the scars in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);⑤Maternal complications in the experimental group The total incidence rate was 2.72%,the total incidence rate of the control group was 13.61%,the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The heart-shaped cosmetic suture technique has a good application effect in multiple cesarean sections,which can effectively reduce the rate of scar formation and the width of scars,and can also effectively reduce the incidence of various complications.
