基于微信平台的居家护理模式对冠心病患者术后用药依从性及生活质量的影响

Effects of home nursing mode based on WeChat platform on postoperative medication compliance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨基于微信平台的居家护理模式对冠心病患者术后用药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年7月-2019年5月于本院收治的102例冠心病PCI术后患者,依据随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,51例对照组患者行常规护理干预,51例观察组患者在对照组的基础上行基于微信平台的居家护理模式。比较两组患者用药依从性、生活质量等。结果观察组患者用药依从性优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后心理因素、生理因素、环境因素及社会关系评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血糖、血压、血脂及体质量达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的居家护理模式有利于提高冠心病PCI术后患者用药依从性、生活质量及血糖、血压、血脂、体质量达标率。

Objective To explore the effect of We Chat platform based home nursing mode on postoperative medication compliance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 102 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital and treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)from July 2017 to May 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.51 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 51patients in the observation group received home nursing mode based on We Chat platform on the basis of the control group.Medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of medication compliance in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological factors,physiological factors,environmental factors and social relationship in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).The standard rates of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and body weight in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Home nursing mode based on We Chat platform is beneficial to improve medication compliance,quality of life and the compliance rate of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and body weight of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
