全麻留置导尿管患者苏醒期躁动护理干预的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of nursing intervention on restlessness of patients with indwelling urinary catheter during general anesthesia

目的探讨护理干预在减轻全麻手术后留置导尿管患者复苏过程中躁动的应用效果。方法选择全麻并留置导尿管患者60例,所有患者均于2018年1月-2019年5月在本院接受治疗,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组实施一般护理,试验组实施护理干预,对比两组苏醒期躁动和尿路刺激情况。结果试验组0级躁动比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组躁动发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组3级尿路刺激比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组尿路刺激发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对全麻留置导尿管患者实施护理干预,可明显改善苏醒期躁动和尿路刺激,提升术后舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in reducing restlessness during resuscitation of patients with indwelling catheter after general anesthesia surgery.Methods Sixty patients were selected for general anesthesia with indwelling catheters.All patients were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table.The routine group was given general nursing care,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention.The agitation and urinary tract irritation were compared between the two groups during the recovery period.Results The proportion of grade 0 agitation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of restlessness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 3 urinary tract stimulation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary tract irritation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with indwelling urinary catheters under general anesthesia can significantly improve restlessness and urinary tract stimulation during the recovery period,and improve postoperative comfort.
