受精方案对早发性卵巢功能不全患者的胚胎质量影响及成本分析

Effect and cost analysis of fertilization program on embryo quality in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency

目的探讨不同受精方案对早发性卵巢功能不全患者胚胎质量的影响及成本。方法回顾性分析268例诊断为早发性卵巢功能不全的患者,其中152例为IVF组,116例为ICSI组,比较两组间总受精率、正常受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率、优质胚胎率及费用。结果两组在总受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率、优质胚胎率方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但正常受精率ICSI组高于IVF组(69.51%vs 58.12%,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,而且ICSI费用较多。结论对于非男性因素的早发性卵巢功能不全患者,IVF是一种既安全又经济的受精方案,是该类人群首选的受精方式。

Objective To explore the effect and cost analysis of fertilization program on embryo quality in patients in patients with premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods A total of 268 patients were included into group IVF(152 cycles)and group ICSI(116cycles).The total fertilization rate,normal fertilization rate,cleavage rate,available embryo rate,quality embryo rate and the cost were compared between the two groups.Results No statistically significant differences were observed of the total fertilization rate,cleavage rate,available embryo rate,quality embryo rate between two groups(P>0.05).However,the normal fertilization rate in ICSI group was significantly higher than that in IVF group(69.51%vs 58.12%,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and ICSI cost was high.Conclusion IVF is a safe and economical method of fertilization for non-male patients with early-onset ovarian dysfunction,and it is the preferred method of fertilization for this type of population.
