3H规范化护理模式对肺癌化疗患者遵医依从性、护理效果的改善作用

Effect of 3H standardized nursing model on compliance and nursing effect of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的分析3H规范化护理模式对肺癌化疗患者的护理效果。方法选取本院在2018年1月至2020年2月期间收取的92例肺癌化疗患者,按随机数字表分组法分为两组,对照组46例,采用常规护理;观察组46例,采用3H规范化护理;评价患者护理结束后的遵医依从性,采集及评判患者护理满意率;比较两组患者癌因性疲乏状况。结果观察组遵医依从优良率95.65%高于对照组的76.09%,护理满意率93.48%高于对照组的69.57%,护理后躯体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏及中文版癌症疲乏量表(CFS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3H规范化护理模式能提高肺癌化疗患者遵医依从性,提升护理满意率,减轻患者癌因性疲乏,临床意义大,作用显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of 3 H standardized nursing mode on with lung cancer chemotherapy.Method A total of 92 patients treated with chemotherapy patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table grouping method.The control group was 46 cases and were used routine care.And the observation group was 46 cases whichwere treated 3 H standardization nursing method..The compliance of patients after nursing care was evaluated,collected and the satisfaction rate of patients was analyzed.Cancer-related fatigue between the two groups of patients was compared.Results Compliance rate in the observation group was 95.65%which was higher than that of the control group(76.09%),and the nursing satisfaction rate was 93.48%higher than that of the control group(69.57%).After nursing,The scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue,cognitive fatigue and the score according to Chinese version of the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3 H standardized nursing mode can improve the compliance of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,increase the satisfaction rate of nursing,and reduce the fatigue of patients due to cancer.It has great clinical significance and significant effects.
