D-二聚体、Hcy及LDL-C在急性脑梗死中的表达及对其急诊溶栓后再出血的预测价值分析

Expression of D-dimer, Hcy and LDL-C in acute cerebral infarction and its predictive value for rebleeding after emergency thrombolysis

目的就D-二聚体(DDimer,DD)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)及同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)在急性脑梗死中的表达及对其急诊溶栓后再出血的预测价值进行分析。方法选取我院于2018年8月至2019年7月期间收治的急性脑梗死患者49例为本次研究主体(观察组),另选取同期健康体检者49例作为参照组;将急性脑梗死患者溶栓后的是否再出血的情况进行分组[分为A组18例(出血)和B组31例(未出血)]。对比观察组和参照组的DD、HCY、LDL-C指标水平;对比A、B组的DD、HCY、LDL-C的指标水平。结果观察组DD、HCY、LDL-C指标水平均高于参照组、A组DD、HCY、LDL-C指标水平均较B组高(P<0.05)。结论DD、HCY、LDL-C指标与急性脑梗死急诊溶栓后再出血有关,对急性脑梗死急诊溶栓后再出血情况有一定的预测作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the expression of D-Dimer(DD),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and homocysteine(Hcy)in acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and their predictive value for rebleeding after emergency thrombolysis.Methods 49 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects,and 49 healthy people in the same period were selected as the reference group.The patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into group A(18 cases with bleeding)and group B(31 cases without bleeding).The levels of DD,Hcy and LDL-C between the observation group and the reference group were compared.The index levels of DD,Hcy and LDL-C in groups A and B were compared.Results The levels of DD,Hcy and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the levels of DD,Hcy and LDL-C in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion DD,Hcy and LDL-C indexes are related to the rebleeding after emergency thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction,and they can predict the rebleeding after emergency thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
