描记仪在慢性持续性哮喘患者肺功能测定中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的研究描记仪在慢性持续性哮喘患者肺功能测定中的应用效果。方法于本院2020年5月至2020年8月收治的150例哮喘患者,按照临床症状、发作程度分为轻度持续期组(42例)、中度持续期组(69例)、重度持续期组(39例)。用肺功能测定仪测定对3组患者的肺功能指标;采用气体稀释法及体积描记法测定肺容量指标;并计算肺容量指标与肺通气功能指标的相关性。结果3组患者的FEV_(1)%pred、PEF%pred、FEV_(1)/FVC水平随病情的加重呈降低趋势;3组患者的TLC(体描)%pred、RV(体描)%pred、RV/TLC(体描)、ΔTLC%pred、ΔRV%pred、ΔRV/TLC指标均随病情的加重呈升高趋势;且ΔTLC%pred、ΔRV%pred、ΔRV/TLC与FEV_(1)%pred水平呈负相关,ΔRV%pred、ΔRV/TLC与FEV_(1)/FVC水平呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论慢性持续性哮喘患者的肺功能指标随病情的加重降低,肺容量随病情的加重增大;且体描仪法测定患者肺容量变化比气体稀释法更敏感、准确,应用效果显著。 Objective To study the application effect of the scanner in the measurement of lung function in patients with chronic persistent asthma.Methods 150 patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2020 were divided into mild duration group(42 cases),moderate duration group(69 cases)and severe duration group(39 cases)according to clinical symptoms and attack degree.The lung function indexes of the three groups were measured by lung function analyzer;the lung volume indexes were measured by gas dilution method and plethysmography method;and the correlation between lung volume indexes and pulmonary ventilation function indexes was calculated.Results The levels of FEV_(1)%PRED,PEF%PRED and FEV_(1)/FVC in the three groups decreased with the aggravation of the disease;TLC%PRED,RV%PRED,RV/TLC,ΔTLC%PRED,ΔRV%PRED,ΔRV/TLC were increased with the severity of the disease;and ΔTLC%PRED,ΔRV%PRED,ΔRV/TLC were negatively correlated with FEV_(1)%PRED,and ΔRV%PRED and ΔRV/TLC were negatively correlated with FEV_(1)/FVC levels(all P<0.05).Conclusion the lung function index of patients with chronic persistent asthma decreases with the aggravation of the disease,and the lung volume increases with the aggravation of the disease;and the lung volume changes of patients with chronic persistent asthma measured by body scanner method is more sensitive and accurate than that by gas dilution method,the application effect is remarkable.
