老年肿瘤患者主要照顾者疾病获益感及影响因素分析

Analysis of disease benefit and influencing factors of main caregivers in elderly patients with cancer

目的调查老年肿瘤患者主要照顾者疾病获益感水平,并分析其影响因素,为临床护理提供新思路。方法以便利抽样方法选取2019年1-8月在乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院就诊的586名老年肿瘤患者主要照顾者作为研究对象,使用一般情况问卷、中文版疾病获益感量表、癌症患者照顾者生活质量调查表进行问卷调查。结果老年肿瘤患者主要照顾者疾病获益感得分为(3.46±0.78)分,各维度分析中,社会关系维度得分最高,为(3.74±0.56)分,个人成长得分最低,为(3.22±0.73)分;老年肿瘤患者主要照顾者生活质量总分为(14.23±2.16)分,各维度得分高低依次为社会健康、生理健康维度、社会领域和心理健康维度;生活质量、职业、与患者关系为老年肿瘤患者主要照顾者疾病获益感的主要影响因素。结论医护人员应重视老年肿瘤患者疾病获益感水平,给予个性化的干预措施以提高主要照顾者的适应能力。

Objective Investigating elderly patients with cancer mainly takes care of the level of disease benefit,and analyzes the influencing factors to provide new ideas for clinical care.Methods The main caregivers of 586 elderly cancer patients treated in a third-grade hospital in Urumqi from January to August in 2019 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The general questionnaire,the Chinese version of the disease benefit scale,and the main caregiver life quality of cancer patient questionnaire were used for questionnaire survey.Results The scores of disease benefit scores of the main caregivers of elderly patients with cancer were 3.46±0.78 points.Among the dimensions,the social relationship dimension score was the highest,which was 3.74±0.56;the personal growth score was the lowest,which was 3.22±0.73.The main caregiver life quality of elderly patients with cancer scores were 14.23±2.16 points.The scores of each dimension are in order of?social health,physiological health dimension,social field and mental health dimension.The quality of life,occupation,and patient relationship were the main influencing factors of disease benefit of primary caregivers of elderly tumor patients.Conclusion Health care workers should pay attention to the level of disease benefit of elderly cancer patients,and give individualized interventions to improve the adaptability of the main caregivers.
