摘要 Zychlinsky等;在1992年发现感染伤寒沙门杆菌的小鼠巨噬细胞会出现一种未发现的程序性细胞死亡方式,观察发现细胞自身胀大的同时细胞膜发生破裂,使得胞内物质释放到胞外进而引发炎性反应,称为细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)。
