疫情期间基于“在线处方”的慢病用药和药学服务新模式的实践

Practice of a new model of chronic disease medication and pharmaceutical care based on "online prescription" during the epidemic period

目的探讨疫情期间基于"在线处方"的慢病用药和药学服务新模式的应用效果。研究对象疫情期间(2020.2.8—2020.8.5)本院医师开具在线处方的158例慢病患者。方法针对上述患者临床资料,回顾性分析在线处方的合格率、患者满意度。结果疫情期间本院开具在线处方158份,其中社区志愿者医院自取142份,配送到家16份;经药师审核,处方一次性通过率为95.57%,未通过处方(7份)经医生修改后重新审核通过。回访显示,158例患者对基于"在线处方"的慢病用药和药学服务新模式的满意度为100%,愿意将该模式推荐给其他病友者占100%。结论疫情期间实施基于"在线处方"的慢病用药和药学服务新模式能够保障慢性病患者用药,提高患者获取药物效率,开辟了门诊药学服务新途径。

Objective To explore the application effect of the new model of chronic disease medication and pharmaceutical service based on"online prescription"during the epidemic period.During the epidemic period(2020.2.8-2020.8.5),158 patients with chronic diseases were prescribed online by our doctors.Methods According to the clinical data of these patients,The qualified rate and patient satisfaction degree about online prescriptions were analyzed retrospectively.Results 158 online prescriptions were issued during the epidemic,Among them,there were 142 pieces which were took in hospital by the community volunteers,and 16 pieces were sent to home directly.Through check by the pharmacist,The one-time pass rate of all prescription was 95.57%,7 copies was revised again by doctors and finally got approved.Follow-up visits showed that 158 patients were satisfied with the new model of chronic medication and pharmaceutical care based on online prescriptions and the degree of satisfaction was 100%.People who were willing to recommend the model to other patients accounted for 100%.Conclusion The implementation of a new model of chronic drug use and pharmaceutical care based on"online prescription"during the epidemic period can guarantee the use of drugs for patients with chronic diseases and improve access to drugs.It has opened up a new way in outpatient pharmaceutical service.
